Book a Free 15 Minute Phone Consultation (for potential/new clients)
If this is your first time booking an appointment with Dr. Bullock or you are trying to determine if you’d like to make an appointment, please book a free 15 minute phone consultation.  This is an opportunity to see if we would be a good fit to work together. To make our phone time productive, it’s best to review practice details below including fees and policies (see below) prior to scheduling the phone consultation. Please note I do not sign NDA’s during this initial meeting. Request a consultation here!

Video Appointments

Video conferencing appointments are performed using privacy compliant software (a web based professional platform ZOOM) is used.  You are encouraged to read the “Outpatient Services Agreement” document to understand the risks and benefits of this type of communication. Please note that my policy is to not sign NDA’s as to protect my own intellectual freedom.

Professional Fees

My current rates are as follows:

$600/60 minutes and $300/30 minutes. I charge for more than 5 minutes of additional services such as extended session time, refills, prior authorizations, additional treatment planning, telephone conversations, participation in meetings with other professionals you have authorized, review or preparation of documents (records, reports, treatment summaries, letters, etc.), and the time spent performing any other service you may request.
